Amber was an amazing realtor to work with as a first-time homebuyer! I was nervous about diving into the deep end but she made the whole thing pretty easy. We looked at all kinds of homes- single-family, duplexes, and townhomes, and she made sure I was informed throughout it all. She was very patient, super knowledgeable, and lots of fun to tour homes with. Also, no question is a stupid question with her! When I was concerned about potential inspection issues with the first home I was under contract with, she went over the pros and cons with me and helped me make an informed decision. It was very stressful but she was there when I needed her! I ended up with a perfect home, a two-bed two bath duplex that fits my needs perfectly.
